Custom orders are not returnable and refunds are only available in case of a damaged item. Original orders can be exchanged for credit or a new piece of equal value. All returns or refunds must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

Orders may take up to 2-3 weeks to make and shipping will take up to 3-5 days.

Each clothing item comes with specific care instructions which are also listed underneath each item on the website! Clothes with gems should be gentley hand washed and air dried ONLY. Other items can be washed in a washing machine as long as they ae inside out and washed on a cool, gentle setting. Drying should also be inside out.

Shipping is only available nationally within the US.
