Do you do returns or refunds?Because our products are 100% custom to each order, we unfortunatley do not do returns or refunds.

How do I take care of my clothes with gems on them?Each clothing item comes with specific care instructions which are also listed underneath each item on the website! Clothes with gems should be gentley hand washed and air dried ONLY. Other items can be washed in a washing machine as long as they ae inside out and washed on a cool, gentle setting. Drying should also be inside out!

How far do you ship?Unfortunatley, international shipping is not available. Shipping is only available nationally in the US.

How long will it take to make my item?Orders may take up to 2-3 weeks to make and shipping will take up to 3-5 days!
